Proposed liquor law changes are the talk of the nation. As Homer Simpson says, "Here's to alcohol - the cause of and solution to all of life's problems" which indeed is a truism. All the talk regarding liquor laws seems to be focusing on two key areas - the purchasing age (proposed to raise the age to 20) and closing times.

We haven't settled on a final logo for Pub Events as yet, which is why you have seen several versions appear on our website since launch. We’re working on a bit of an update to our (old) logo, which was designed several years ago when our business was really centered around Quiz Nights. Since then, we’ve really expanded into so many other areas, that we felt it was time for an update to reflect a bit more simple, elegant and classic style than our old logo was reflecting.

If you are having any issues with some of the pages on our site, it could just be a minor setting on your browser, especially if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x.

The Pub Events website has shed its old skin and morphed into a new, more professional and functional website. With a smooth, funky and liquid feel, the new site has upgraded functionality making it better, stronger ... faster than before.
